Conference description and goals
Mayo Continuing Nursing Education is pleased to announce Quest for Best Practice, Looking Forward, on March 8, 2013. This conference will be a one-day intense, clinically focused program designed to meet the educational needs of medical-surgical nurses in all practice settings.
The conference will highlight innovative approaches used in diagnosing and treating patients with complicated medical and surgical conditions. We will look forward to new practices that are emerging to help nurses work with ever-changing populations who have chronic conditions, as well as acute, complex diseases.
This will be a day of learning and networking. Concurrent sessions will address a wide variety of topics that are sure to enhance your knowledge and thereby improve your practice.

This conference is designed for medical, surgical and specialty nurses, as well as other healthcare professionals who work in a variety of roles and settings including inpatient, ambulatory, advanced practice, home health care, long-term care, education, and the community.

The conference will be held Friday, March 8, 2013, in Phillips Hall, first floor, Siebens Building, Mayo Clinic, 100 Second Avenue SW, Rochester, Minnesota.
