Holistic Wellness Conference

You are invited to submit an abstract (300 word limit) for a poster on related to holistic health and wellness initiatives for patients and staff in a variety of settings. Completed abstracts must be submitted by Wednesday, May 30, 2012.

The primary presenter is responsible for the abstract content. Submission signifies the intent of the submitter(s) to present the poster at the July 26 and 27, 2012 Holistic Wellness Conference in Rochester, Minnesota. Poster presenters are expected to assume costs related to travel, accommodations, and registration.

To submit an abstract, you must register for the conference. Attach the abstract and all presenters’ curriculum vitae.

Notification of accepted abstracts will be made by Wednesday, June 13, 2012. If selected, abstracts will be printed in the conference syllabus.
